We had an amazing family holiday thanks to the beautiful hotel and its lovely location. Although we faced a hiccup during check-in due to overbooking issues, the friendly staff and overall amenities made our stay enjoyable. The room was clean and spacious with stunning views. We loved the close proximity to restaurants and attractions, but the check-in experience was certainly a letdown.
I had a fantastic experience at Casa Dorada, ending my road trip with luxury and comfort. The beach is stunning, and the location is ideal, being close to restaurants and bars. My room was upgraded to a one-bedroom suite with great amenities, though there were some issues with leaks that detracted from the experience. Overall, the staff was exceptionally attentive, making my stay memorable, especially thanks to the lifeguard, Luis, who went above and beyond for guests.

I had a good time at Casa Dorada, thanks to its fantastic location right by Medano Beach and close to great restaurants and the marina. The hotel grounds were beautiful, but my first-floor room was a letdown due to a broken shower door and the extra charge for a better room. The staff was friendly, and the dining options exceeded my expectations, but the noise from nearby beach clubs made it hard to relax fully.
